Tonight was "salsa" night for the Red Cup Club~
We made salsa, bagged chips and delivered.
We love Wednesday night.......
All decorated up for HALLOWEEN-
We dropped by to see Tom and Nadine
how cute are these two!
It's so fun getting to visit folks in the ward

This is Sandy, our dear Relief Society President~
If anyone deserves to be served it's Sandy
cuz she's always serving all of us!

Here's the recipe:
Easiest "SALSA" ever~
1 (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
1 small can of diced green chilis
1 can of El Pato
1 bundle of diced green onions
a dash of lemon juice
a little bit of sugar
and some garlic salt
I don't measure the lemon juice, or sugar or garlic salt.
Just keep giving it a taste~
If it's too sweet, add more lemon, etc.
Then I use my Braun hand blender and blend it all together.
(I don't like chunky salsa)
but if you do, don't blend it so much.
ENJOY!
