There's something about the holidays that brings out all the traditional recipes. This is one of my favorites~this is not your basic green bean casserole~this is "Over the TOP Green Bean & Corn Casserole"

Another "holiday favorite" recipe to come tomorrow (pecan pie)
Green Bean and Corn Casserole
1 can french cut green beans (I use 1 1/2 cans)
1 bag white baby corn (frozen)
Drain beans and put in greased 9 x 13 pan
Mix together: 1 chopped onion
1 can cream celery soup
1 C. sour cream
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
Spread mixture and cheese on top of corn and beans
In zip lock bag:
1 tube of Ritz crackers
1 bag sliced almonds
Toss together
Melt 1 stick of butter
Put butter in bag and shake well
Pour over casserole
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
It will bubble on top and look yummy when done
