No excuse.......I know......

BUT.........

Some how I hurt my knee~

like crying, killer, throbbing, can't bend it, painful hurt knee

I went to see George (as in Strait) or aka Dr. Crawford

He didn't seem to concerned, you know,

take Aleve, keep it iced, rest, stay off it (yeah, right)

then last week

I took a BAD fall

and now it's worse!!!

So, I've lost my creative mojo and my blog has suffered!!

Hopefully I'll be back to normal soon (whatever normal is)......

I'm re-doing my laundry-room
