I have many a bad HABITS........

there aren't many of them I'm willing to admit to or will discuss on this blog......but here's the most obvious..........

I LOVE TO CRUNCH ICE!

but, I prefer it be Sonic ice....it's the best!

(PS.....I have a couple of good habits too)

After a visit from the GRANDS....

this is what I found on the chalkboard door

I LOVE it! 

We never travel any where.......

I always thought it was because 

1. We own our own business and we were afraid we'd miss a call
2. We're too busy
3. We're too tired
4. Where would we go? 
5. I'm not a good traveler........

But really, when it comes right down to it........

I think this may be why we don't travel!

   

Yep, it's the truth!! 

There's no place like home

and I really ♥ mine!

CLOTHES.....

I think they are way over rated.....

I'd much rather spend my time in my moo moo or jammies

I have a bunch of clothes, but it seems like I always wear they same thing~feels like it to me anyway 

I even have my very own pile of dirty ones!

No wonder I never have anything to wear!!

It keeps me in touch with my friends whether I like it or not! 

 

You kind of have to know my family to get this........cuz we are kinda.... each one of us a little insane.....

but we kinda like it that way!!

OK......so this is my throne!
If, I've ever had a favorite place to park my "fanny"

For some reason, I just don't feel I get to park it there

I have however, been spending a little more time here
during the Olympics~
after all...........
it's only every 4 years, for heavens sake!

Today was Grandma and Maisy
{{PLAY DAY}}!
We played, had lunch, did a photo shoot and watched
the Olympics!

I can only choose ONE~

I spent the weekend in Pinetop with my brother, James and his wife, Kay
They have the most beautiful cabin.........
it's nicer than my house, kind of hard to call it a cabin.........
It rained every day and one day it rained all day!
What a nice change from the weather we have in the valley.
It was a much needed, restful weekend.
We ate, slept and partied like we didn't have good sense.

Headed to Pinetop to spend the week-end with my baby brother~

Be jealous!! It's cool up there!!

It's the weirdest thing...........our living room floor rarely gets walked on.  Some folks think I'm crazy, and I probably am.........

but with just me and Sweetiepie here......we really have no need to walk on the floor....so we don't! 

If this floor is nicely vacuumed.......I feel like the whole house is clean.....{{even though it's not}}!  

Sweetiepie vacuums this floor perfectly.....he can make it to where there are no vacuum lines......

Yes, I know.......I'm SICK!! 

Happy 4th ~

We had so much fun..........doing a lot of nothing!

but it looks like Maisy is taking in everything he has to say!

I'm not gonna lie..........

my favorite time of day is when the garage door opens 

and I can park my car inside 

and 

then I sigh.........

HOME, SWEET HOME.........at last!! 

BUSY

Well, yes,...........yes I am.

Not exactly busy doing anything in particular........

and I am my own worst enemy.......

I seem to create busy.......ness every where I go. 

One of my favorite callings in our ward is working in the nursery with these {{little guys/girls}}!

Sweetest little things EVER!!

On Father's Day.......we went to sing to their "Daddy's" and "Grandpa's" during Priesthood Meeting. 

I think I might have been about the only one to sing........

but as you can tell by their body language......

they were really into it!  

It's a Father's Day I will not soon forget.......

and you really can't tell by my "self portrait"....but this was quite a task.  I was so proud of them and they were mighty proud of themselves!!! 

Time to {{climb back on the wagon}}

and get back in the {{swing}} of things!~

I just can't get enough of this little Maisy girl!! 

After 2 grand BOYS and 9 years........

we were ready and waiting for this sweet thing.

Sad to say........

I don't want to do anything but sit and hold her!!
