I want carbohydrates!!
And I want some of these right NOW!

Mint Chocolate Cookie Crunch

1/2 bag Andes mints
12oz chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
2 cups Rice Crispies cereal
1/2 package of Oreos, crushed
Melt mints and chocolate chips in a large glass bowl in the microwave at 50% power, stirring often. Add the Rice Crispies and Oreos and stir till combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let sit till hardened. That’s it!

Oh my goodness! These sound fantastic! Probably not Weight Watcher friendly for me, but maybe Sharon and I can make them this weekend for Scrapbooking...from what she tells me "treats are no points, no fat, no sugar, etc. when you are scrapbooking" :)
