This is my kind of cooking.....

I always use a crock pot liner......
If you've never tried them, you must!!

Then, just open a bunch of cans.......

Turn the crock pot on.....and......wa la!!
DINNER!!
And yummy dinner I might add!

Chicken Enchilada Soup

1 - 28 can Las Palmas Green Sauce
1 15 oz diced tomatoes
1 1/2 lb cooked shredded chicken breasts Boil and keep broth
1 can diced Mexican tomatoes
2 cans diced green chilies
1can corn
1-can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 medium chopped onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic
32 oz chicken broth
2 tsp cumin ground
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp salt
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients and cook for 7 to 8 hours. If you don’t want to pre cook the chicken, use chicken strips or tenders and put in with other ingredients and after 5 or so hours of cooking take chicken out and shred.

Serve with sour cream, cheese, avocados, tomatoes green onions and fried tortillas strips.

That looks simply marvelous! If I wasn't full of chicken soup (doctored a can of chicken soup with cubed chicken breast, a little more broth, onion, and some frozen mixed vegies), I would totally make this! Hmmmmm ~ could be on the menu soon!
