- Sharon called and wanted the recipe for the yummy brownies
HARVEST PUMPKIN BROWNIES
In a mixing bowl, combine:
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 t. vanilla
Beat until mixed well. In a separate bowl, combine:
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking powder
1 ts. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Stir into pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 15" X 10 " pan.
Bake at 359 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brownies test done with a toothpick. Cool.
Meanwhile prepare sauce:

Carmel Sauce
1/2 C. butter
2 T. light corn syrup
1 1/4 brown sugar
1/2 C. whipping cream
Bring first three ingredients to a slow boil then add the whipping cream. Serve warm over pumpkin harvest brownies. I put an individual brownie on a plate and then drizzle it with the carmel sauce. Enjoy!
